Eric Wallace, DePaul's best player, out for the year.  He was a +8 in DU's win over us last season.  A red shirt injury year for the 6'7" Wallace may help us with Shaw as potential playing time for a "frosh to be" will be restricted for another year.

Quincy Miller apparently down to two schools.  Miller to UL has to help us with Hood.  No more room at the Pitino Inn.  Even if Baylor wins out (many recent issues there), Hood has to get the message he is #2 whereas Buzz covets the kid.http://www.allkyhoops.com/2010/10/appears-to-be-louisville-vs-baylor-for.html

My understanding (even tho L'ville appears to be maxed at scholarships), is that they were comfortable/wanting to take both Bello and Miller - as is the case with Baylor.  Interesting that Duke was dropped.
"I'm not sure Cadougan would fix the problems on this team. I'm not even convinced he would be better for this team than DeWil is."

Can't stand Slick Rick the Dick! Huge mistake for Miller to go there!
I thought you were dead. Willie lives rent free in Reekers mind. Rick Pitino: "You can either complain or adapt."

Did you see they interviewed Pitino at MSG the other week?  it was like 5 minutes of him assessing the league this year, and guess who goes unmentioned (good or bad)??  Yeah, that's right, MU.  He talked up basically every other team.  Well, maybe except for DePaul.  http://www.msg.com/blogs/jon-rothstein/on-the-hardwood-rick-pitino-10-6-1.51361

and this is right after the news about 2 of those top recruits of his becoming academically ineligible.  Buzz, congrats on bullets dodged . . .

A hot rumor is Miller and Bello to St. John's but it really doesn't have much legs. Not impossible but I think unlikely.
