I finally watched last week's TC show .. as he spoke about the 30th 1977 ceremony, he mentioned there would be a special banner unveiled. 

I'd guess it has something to do with the 1977 team, perhaps in the "new" banner format. 

Or it's a banner for our win over Villanova.  Who knows.

Or maybe it's the Freeway banner!  That's the ticket.

Well that will be interesting...there's already a banner.

I am quite certain that if the new banner does not say "Warriors" as the old one did, there will be some upset people in the house!!

PRN - I'm with you... i'll be upset if the new banner does not also display the Warriors name.
