Last March made me regret missing out on this Milwaukee native...a different story 6 months later.

not a big thing as he was barely over and that could be he had 2 or 3 drinks depending if he ate etc. Does not make him a bad person

We'll see since he's only 20...might be a bigger deal than you think

I suspect most 20 year old kids have operated a car over the .08 influence.  Does it make it right?  No.  Should we harshly judge Lucious?  No.  Do many "successful/responsible" adults in the state of Wisconsin (and every other state) operate a car at the .08 BAC level?  Yes.  Does it make it right? No.

Let's reserve judgment for God.

No one's judging here...just posted the article as it could lead to a suspension of some sort.  Chances are it's handled internally by Izzo, but you never know.

Or even less of a deal than it seems and a simply a case of just bad judgment and/or bad luck.

That said there were times in my 20s I drove drunk that now make me cringe with shame and regret and nothing happened. I just feel awful knowing what COULD have happened.

Which is why I now love living in Chicago. Can get hammered and never have to drive anywhere.
