Can someone break down this sand and water thing and put it in elementary terms so ZFB can understand it too?

Jimmy F'in Butler got it.

Maybe ZFB can corner him on the street for a quick run-down.

I don't know why Buzz just didn't use a cement mix.  It would have been more effective.

Devante Gardner seemed to be well spoken.  Good to see that we're continuing the trend of recruiting young men that carry themselves well :)

everyone that was interviewed seemed very well spoken...

Love that Zar came back for it while he was on campus...that's really got to speak to the new guys about the impact the Life Lessons have on him and how it helped him get to where he is now.

1.) Cement Mix? Concrete mix would have been the correct term. Cement is in concrete.
2.) Concrete/Cement is ultimately sand (gravel, limestone) and water.

This series will be great!
Sand and water; seashells and balloons--- the tradition of the flaky coaching genius continues--- ... for those who argue cement/concrete... you've just answered why McGuire/Williams succeed as coaches, ....and you're not.
A bit of a flake is non threatening, likeable, not dictatorial or off putting...intriguing and keeping of the listener's attention.
In the huddle with 10 seconds left lecturing on character may be lost words-- but "sand and water", will trigger something in the players.
Sometimes the "wrong" words have greater effect than the right words-- if you want them remembered.
This series will be great!
I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.

This made me laugh. Made an awkward situation at work.

Deep stuff - this kind of stuff builds winners on the court and in life.
You heard it here first. Davante Gardner will be a Beast this year.

If I was a parent, I would love to see something like this if my son was a recruit.  Great stuff.
