He's on the pro-am roster if that means anything.

Buzz also said yesturday he was not expecting any other roster changes. For what it is worth, I am taking that to mean all the remaining recruits will be here next year.

When Buzz said that a recruit was going to go to prep school, several posters decided to start the rumor that it would be Smith. I don't think there was ever any truth to it.

Right.  It was based on assuming that the April signings weren't going to sign and then go Prep school and that there was no way it could be Blue or Jones.  You know what they say happens when people assume.

Buzz has stated he is counting on Reggie Smith next year on more than one occasion, including at Buzz's BBQ.  On the other hand, I never once heard him say anything about Newbill one way or the other.  I believe Reggie has always been part of the plan.

Smith is very athletic,similar to DJ but bigger and stronger thru his shoulders.
No news about him since his hs team lost at sectional. I'm hoping hes been working on his passing and his outside shot. Hes super quick and looked intense playing man defense in hs

Buzz was walking home and saw another kid shooting in his driveway.  The kid appeared to have a smooth stroke and so Buzz quickly called RS to pull his scholly.

Jamail Jones, Reggie Smith, Devante Gardner and Vander Blue will be at Marquette this month. Jae Crowder will be coming in August.
