I am too lazy to research this..but with USC forced to vacate all Reggie Bush wins, incl. in the undefeated natl champ year (w/blowout win in Org bowl over OU).....
Do the opponents get a forfeit win on their ledger?
Does OU (undefeated prior to Orange Bowl) show as undefeated?
Tubberville, then at Auburn, has called for re-vote on natl champ--Does Auburn have one more win, than OU?
In NCAA's are defeated opponents, shown as advancing, past the Calipari team they faced, but who later vacates all wins?
If Reggie loses Heisman-- does Vince Young Win it, per the NY athl club records??
BTW, do you think the Crean-esque departure from Tennessee has vol fans laughing at Kiffin's..."Its USC, Its USC..."
I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.

I think I know the answer to this, but it's mostly a guess based on how the NCAA handles things.  Also, regardless of the fact that you mentioned Crean, I'm moving it to the superbar...

Sorry-- I havent quite understood al vs superbar--what is genl rule of thumb on what should go where?
Better stated--what should I not post on al?

If MU had college football you could make a case for posting this in the Al...

Since MU doesn't have football (and college football sucks a high hard one) it belongs in the Superbar

During the season, generally the Al is reserved strictly** for Marquette hoops chatter, or anything that directly relates to Marquette basketball.

We're a lot more lenient about that during the summer because there isn't as much to talk about, but since this was football related, I decided to move it.

Anyhow...if they deal with it the same as basketball, USC would have to remove the games from their records.  However, their opponents aren't as fortunate, they still have to count the losses.

MU Football is rich in history--I enjoy asking my Texan neighbors who played in the first Cotton Bowl game? --
Yes...MU played TCU, in the first Cotton Bowl, and returned to play in Cotton Bowl no.3
The Game balls are in the Texas sports hall of fame museum, in Waco, on Baylor campus.
