are available.  They are transferring from North Carolina.  Go get-em Buzz!!

Marquette65

Gee--- Think Old Roy ran them from the program or just recruited over them or both?

Good odds they go to the Pac10 - prob Stanford, maybe UofA

monkeyman34

I highly doubt Roy "ran them out of town" seeing as that leaves them with only Zeller and Henson as "big guys" and neither probably weighs more than 220.  And they're down to 10 schollies for next year

Windyplayer

Can we stop imploring Buzz to go after every player that opts to transfer? Let's keep in mind the concept of resource allocation, and the limited nature of resources. We have no shot to get these twins for a multitude of reasons so let's not squander time and money (legitimate and under-the-table) on them.

But they get the #1 recruit in the country, Harrison Barnes.  He starts alongside Henson at forwards, with Zeller in the middle.  Don't believe the Wears were going to beat out Barnes and Henson as starters.

Collins twins, Lopez twins, the Wear twins...if that can happen, you bet there at Stanford OR...

California, the home of Montgomery, who coached the former twins.

Really????   Zeller is an easy 240 - 250.

Who believes this line?  :P

"We are extremely disappointed that David and Travis are leaving the program," Williams said in a news release. "I love both kids and they would have been very important parts of our team next season.

The only person that "may" believe Old Roy is Old Roy.

Come to MU!!!!

I'm sure if you said it the way Joe Pa says it in the "other" conferences football commercial, they would at least consider it. i dont know why, but that part cracks me up...and Joe Pa is the man!!

Those kids are from LA area. NC was geographically ng for the family. They are excellent players who are likely Arizona or UCLA bound.

mugrad99

How often do kids transfer from BCS conference to BCS conference?  It used to be that kids generally either transferred from a BCS to a mid major (overated out of high scholl) or up (kid blew up at a smaller school). Now that small school kids leave early if they blow up, seems like more are transferring from BCS school to BCS school.

I believe it as much as I believe it when Buzz says it....and I believe Buzz.  Roy's just fine in my book.
