I realize it is insider, so not all will be able to see, but Lazar is not in the top 100.  Is that because he hasn't declared or am I missing something?

Latavious Williams checks in at #69 in case you were wondering.

Lazar doesn't have to declare.  He's a Senior.
The shaka sign, sometimes known as "hang loose", is a gesture of friendly intent often associated with Hawaii and surf culture.

It's hard to believe that he isn't one of the top 100 prospects to declare this year.  I suspect that just like many of us thought that Wes was going to have the best shot at being a pro when compared to Dom and Jerel (in spite of the fact that he was almost 3rd fiddle to those 2), Lazar will do the same.  He has the body, the game, the work ethic and the basketball intelligence that will land him a spot.  He may not get drafted, but I think if he finds the right team to sign with that he can eventually find himself a roster spot.  He does too many good things not to.

TheButlerDidIt

The Three Amigos didn't make his final top 100 last year either.

OH REALLY?  YOU'RE KIDDING!?!?!?!

You still have to enter your name in the draft. DRRR.

There are some really good players above 60 on that list.  If you are not super-athletic, the NBA doesn't care about you unless you are huge or have a lights out handle and shooting ability.  Hayward doesn't fit on those counts.  Great, great college player and I wish him the best.
Calvin:  I'm a genius.  But I'm a misunderstood genius.
Hobbes:  What's misunderstood about you?
Calvin:  Nobody thinks I'm a genius.

HouWarrior

with only 2 rounds it  would appear he will not be drafted...but it can be good because undrafteds can steer to best fit team, and sometimes it works out fine:
"In 2003, Detroit's Ben Wallace and Indiana's Brad Miller became the first undrafted players to make the All-Star team. "
I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.
