Size Doesn't Matter

Despite the title, the story linked above is not about this year's Marquette team.
Above link goes to a story about Ohio U's D.J. Cooper from Chicago.  (Mo's from Chicago suburb of Hazel Crest)
D.J.'s seems to have Mo like size and three point shot.  AND like Mo he is the Mid-American Conference Rookie of the Year.

I smell a transfer coming!
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

Quote from: muguru
No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Watching him against Georgetown, that kid could PLAY

Dr. Dunkenstein

They both played for the same youth basketball organization (Homewood Small Fry) growing up, and would have both gone to Hillcrest if DJ had gone the public school route.

Mo's team won the international championship in 2000, and DJ's team lost in the title game a few years later at the Disney Complex in Orlando.
