So, if Gardner took Mbao's spot and we do have someone else in prep school or leaving, who is a possibility?

I see that rivals.com lists Kevin Noreen with medium interest on seven schools after visiting Indiana Saturday, but only lists Marquette as and 8th school with "None" in the interest category.  Rivals lists five other three-stars in which Marquette is in the mix.  Are these five legit, and are there others?  I don't know how accurate these lists are.

Mohammad Lee, 6-foot-1 Guard, NY, MU one of 7 schools listed at "medium" interest
Monty Brown, 6-foot-11 C, CT, MU one of 11 schools all "medium"
Xavier Jones, 6-foot-3 SG, IN, 4 schools all medium, offers from Dayton and Marquette
Mike McCall, 6-foot SG, IL, 15 schools all medium, but MU not one of 9 to make offer
Deonte Burton, 6-foot-1, CA, 7 schools all at medium, but only Long Beach State has offered
The www.valueaddsports.com analysis of basketball, football and baseball players are intended to neither be too hot or too cold - hundreds immerse themselves in studies of stats not of interest to broader fan bases (too hot), while others still insist on pure observation (too cold).

Mike McCall signed with SLU in the fall.
Deonte Burton signed with Nevada in the spring.

Rivals is ridiculously slow at updating, none of those guys are options at this point.

Mohammad Lee moved to Florida and reclassified to 2011 prior to this school year.
Mike McCall signed with St. Louis during the fall signing period.
Monty Brown signed with Harvard during the spring period.
Xavier Jones interest comes from last year, prior to his transferring to a HS in Ohio.
Deonte Burton signed with Nevada during the spring period.

Did Reggie Murphy ever sign anywhere?

Doesnt look like it...only has a couple of days left. There haven't been any updates on him for some time.

I don't know if Noreen is still an option or not, but this article sounds awfully familiar.  If Roy Boy is looking for precedent, he only needs to look at the Ben Brust situation.

Perhaps Roy should give Bo a call, and get the name of his legal team.
