We definitely should shrink the tournament and not allow schools from these smaller conferences these opportunities.

Expanding the tournament won't increase the amount of small schools that get in. It will increase the number of bids coming from major conferences. Sure maybe smaller conferences will get maybe a few more teams in, but it will only make Cinderella's journey a lot tougher having to go through more power conference teams.
