Ours is a team who can beat anyone in the country, when, as Buzz says, we are us. That said, we can lose to just about anyone.

This will be a tough game for MU, so we should be nervous as fans - becasue nothing is ever in the bag, and Washington is a pretty darn good team.  We will survive and move on though - we can beat these guys, and  I think we will - by 8!

 I get nervous watching other teams down the stretch. I will be nervous come game time, because every possession is magnified in the tourney.

As much as Washington is excited to play a team with no size, it works both ways my friends.  Jimmy and DJO get to the hole today with no shotblockers.  Acker and Cubillan have seen Isaiah Thomas before because they practiced against Dominic James for 3 years.  Lazar has something to prove after last year's step over the line.  Jimmy is perfect to guard Pondexter. 


If we hit 40% from 3, we win easily.  If we don't it is a close game and we have to make the plays.  We won't be scared of anything though.  I like our chances.

In my head the Washington Huskies are the LA Lakers and Isaiah Thomas is the real Isaiah Thomas. 

It is a good thing I will be thousands of miles away, scaring the crap out of my kids when I yell at the refs

I am wearing my blue Warrior t-shirt, freshly purchased last month. Last time I wore it we beat Louisville by many points.

Very nervous.  I know numerous people in Seattle, my sister lives there, her husband and others I've gotten to know through them.  I was just cheering for the Huskies this past weekend in the Pac 10 tourney, then low and behold...look who we have first round.  

I need a drink, even though when I woke up this morning I swore I'd never drink again.

Incredibly nervous.

I just wanna tip off and get this under way.  It's been a great day of basketball so far, and I don't want it to end on a sour note.  Wearing the long sleeve Marquette Nation tee from Madness and the Converse pre game warm up shorts.  Dad is wearing the Marquette Warriors tee I got him from the site that was around here for a little bit.

Both have solid records this year. Let's hope that continues.

Don't tell my wife, but I am more nervous than when my two kids were born.  I too was less productive than a sloth this week.  I am going to strike anyone from my jury panel next week who is wearing UW clothes, just in case they rooted for Washington.  I am so nervous that I am in "coal to diamond"  mode.  I am hoping that parts of the players anatomy are not as tight as mine.  Good thing that I have my priorities straight.
