Article is direct and to the point.  Hill recruited Rosario, but thats about it.  Needs the NY/NJ pipeline and will probably not survive after next year.

Hope it works out for Rutgers.  Hard for me to see Hill with basically one year left able to get any type of solid recruits in knowing the guy is walking the green mile.
