Jim Burr scares me.....he may be in the players or coaches head by now.

He's in mine and it's not pleasant :o

I'm not saying that he has it in for us, but for some reason his style and our style do mix well.

wojosdojo

I hope he stays far away from San Jose! Aren't we like 0-6 with him?! Thanks or joining us at the G'town game. Pause not.

I will give some credit to the guy because one night I'll see him in Louisville, next night in Florida, next Milwaukee. Is this what they all do?

wardle2wade

They don't get announced to us until just prior to tip.

I'll give you 20 to 1 that we don't have Jim Burr ref any of our games in SJ.  This article talks a bit about how the NCAA like to have the refs either very familiar with the teams or completely new to the teams... doubt Burr got out west much this year.

Please no Jim Burr...please no Jim Burr...please no Jim Burr...

I didn't watch the GTown game.   Did Burr do it?

Talk about frequent flyer miles...

0-6, you think the NCAA's would take a look at something like this, I mean a team who has 11 losses, and over half with one ref being a part of them, thats a bit sick.

Yep, 0-6 and with him now.  But it's not as if his numbers are that out of line with what we get the rest of the year.

Who were the six losses that Burr officiated?

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

BrewCity83

22-5 without Burr.

0-6 with Burr.
The shaka sign, sometimes known as "hang loose", is a gesture of friendly intent often associated with Hawaii and surf culture.
