they used during I think it was the espn 2 show.  It was U that was blue and gold, and had some cool eagle animation.  I could have the channel wrong here, but If anyone remembers it, or knows where I can find it, let me know.

I saw that and it looked amazing.  ESPN U had the mascot of all the teams in the form of a U.

I'm guessing they will be using the logos all week on the U so if you can record to your computer that's probably your best bet.  I'd grab a video clip but I don't get ESPN U.

I found Boston College and Georgetown's logos.  Ours looked similar to Boston College's except the eagle was blue and gold and the head looked like our new logo.  It was pretty cool.

I googled ESPNU School Graphics.  Every site shows the same two logos above.  Apparently they will use these from here on out.

Someone needs to find the Golden Eagle animation.  It was fantastic.
