Buzz Williams: Gottlieb - BW Should be in the Conversation for Nat'al COY

Many Marquette fans think Gottlieb is a Marquette basher, but 99% of the time, he's just calling it as he sees it, which is his job.  He irritates me sometimes as well, but when he give Marquette positive comments, it's great for us nationally, since ESPN is what most of the nation sees (vs. Milwaukee & some Chicago MU coverage).

On the 1pm CT Sportscenter (I'm sure it's a replay of this morning or last night), Gottlieb said that Buzz "he should be in the conversation for coach of the year, nationally."

Impressive, keep winning, Marquette, keep winning.

Another comment from him: "Al would be proud."

You're putting words in Gottlieb's mouth. Lord knows I can't stand the man, but in that segment, he said at the time both were probably in, with Dayton seeded ahead of MU rah rah.

I saw him last Sunday making a case for Jamie Dixon after Andy Katz brought up Buzz.

Gottileib never sticks to any opinion.  I wouldn't put any stock into anything this guys says.
