Mental Note: Don't use ticketmaster to buy MU tickets

So every year, I order tickets for friends through the Season Ticketholder pre-sale. 

I dutifully went on Ticketmaster.com at the time my "points" allowed, and tried to buy tickets to 6 games.

3 games, Ticketmaster gave me upper corners in Rows N, T, and R.  Not great, not terrible, so I took them.

3 games, Ticketmaster gave me row X-Y-Z in the corners.  Screw that. 

I finally got around to calling MU's ticket booth to buy those last 3 games.

End result over the phone?  Row E, Row F, Row E.  Far, far better.  Unbelievable.

So the moral of the story is .. if you want to go to a MU game, call the ticket office.

(They did say that Ticketmaster was rolling out a new system in the next few months that would allow you to pick your seat graphically .. so maybe they won't suck as bad in 2010.)

Nah, I always use ticketmaster to buy my tickets and never had a problem.
