Definitely not what a team leader should do in the second half:

15:59   Lazar Hayward missed Two Point Jumper.
15:56   Lazar Hayward Offensive Rebound.
10:02   Lazar Hayward Defensive Rebound.
9:51   Lazar Hayward Turnover.
9:30   Lazar Hayward Defensive Rebound.
7:57   Lazar Hayward Turnover.
6:46   Foul on Lazar Hayward
4:48   Lazar Hayward Turnover.
4:23   Lazar Hayward missed Three Point Jumper.
1:31   Lazar Hayward Defensive Rebound.
0:25   Lazar Hayward Defensive Rebound.

and the coup de grĂ¢ce

0:20   Lazar Hayward missed Free Throw.

ZERO points on TWO attempts. Nothing to show for #32. A shame since he passed Steve Novak in career points back in the 1st half.

And here I submit the true reason why MU did not win handily.
Sure, a FT would've tied and two would have won it.
But Zar was not the ZAR we thought he was...in the second half.

Is it me or is Mo Acker the only guy willing to take the lead in close games?  Zar still hasn't found himself as a leader and unfortunately never will.  Jimmy is a lost cause too.

Here's waiting for DJO to emerge or Junior or Vander to step up as precocious court generals.

I must admit Mo was more of a leader out there today - and he hit a couple of clutch shots too.  But Laza had a horrible second half - it happens.  Just needed one more bastet anywehre during the game.

GGGG

How do you expect Lazar to be a "leader" and to take more shots when they never got him the f***ing ball?

Honestly, after reading the board this morning, I sometimes wonder if you people even watch the games.

Yes, this loss was brutal, but don't blame Lazar cause he had a bad second half.  This was a team loss, many players screwed up, yes all seven of them.  Yes, the seven man rotation, two of which are under six ft. and provide no defense on bigger players who have been shooting over them.

If you think this year is bad, I cannot fathom what next year will be like without Hayward.  Unless Buzz gets a recruit or JUCO forward in here, his 19 and 9 are going to be missed.  Butler has nice games at times, but disappears and is not the caliber of player Hayward is, yet..... or never?
