Of course it did.

But I think this makes Seattle look like the bigger boob for hiring Carroll on the heel of NCAA allegations.

A lot of this is because of the Liewickes and AEG.  One brother runs Staples Center\ LA Kings and the other brother the Seahawks.  I've known Tim for a long time, never met Tod. Both of them are huge Pete guys which is why they hired him.  They've worked with him extensively on Pete's pet project, "A Better LA"

And Kiffin is texting Tennessee recruits left and right to come with him to USC.  Welcome to reality, this is what happens nowadays.

Two prominent UT recruits have just said they aren't going to UT now.  This all in the first two hours.
