I can think of 2 off-hand.

TJ Ford--Texas--Played one year

Ron Dayne- UW--left school after Rose Bowl win.

Technically, Dayne's jersey wasn't retired.  They just haven't issued it to another player.  Officially, Wisconsin football has 5 retired numbers(35,40,80,83,88). 

And FWIW, TJ Ford was in school for 2 years.
