U-verse
« on: November 23, 2009, 03:38:54 PM »
I switched over to AT&T U-verse (much better than Time Warner which had been my only option for years).    Unfortunately i no longer get channel 32 (TWC).   Anyone have u-verse and know how to get the MU games.   I got ESPN Full Court but am still missing plenty of games, especially early in the season b/f BE play starts up.

I have UVerse and get the games on SNNY (SportsNet New York - Channel 704). It's part of the Sports Tier package or the U450 package.

Out of curiosity, why would you say U-Verse is better.  Never had any problem with TW and what more can U-Verse offer other than a short term price break?

I have that as well; however, the games get blacked out on SNNY...

I can't speak for TW, but Uverse is A TON better than Charter...starting with customer service and ending with price for comparable services.  I had been waiting to dump Charter for years.

I can't say much about this, because I have TWC and think it's fine. However, I was talking to a friend who switched to U-Verse because he has AT&T for his cell phone plan... ended up saving a lot on his overall phone/tv/internet bill. Probably worth it if you have AT&T as your phone provider.

customer service with uverse is light years better.  Also, cheaper if you do the all in one package.  ESPN360 comes as part of the package.  The U450 is sweet but it raises the price quite a bit.

In Tulsa I had Cox Cable for years.  Customer service was weak and lots of service outages.  I switched to U-Verse last srping and have been extremely happy.  We bundled and saved about $100 per month.

My wife loves me unconditionally and ordered the Full Court and Sports tier package.  SNNY or what ever that New York Cable Channel is passes through the Channel 32 Milwaukee coverage.

We'll cancel the sports package after the basketball season and resume our marriage.

Every U-verse gets the 450 package starting wednesday or thursday for the weekend.
Really looking forward to Fox Business among so many others channels. I hope the sports package may swing me towards the bigger package..

Why was Saturday's game blacked out and this one not blacked out (Uverse 704 SNNY)???  I was set to cancel the sports package, now I'm thinking I'll keep it a bit longer.
