MR.HAYWARD

and I will say it again now.  Yous Mbao will play in the NBA skilled, athletic and plain gets it.  25 lbs away from being a tremendous asset.  will be an asset by sophomore year.  All-conference player by Junior year.  call me MuAve.

HoopDreams

Tradition Never Graduates..

Doctor V

odd time to say this, seeing as in the first half today it seems pretty clear that he doesnt get it. otule, on the other hand, looks much better this year. reguardless, they should both become better by practicing against each other

WellsstreetWanderer

With all this prescience being displayed on this site(Jerel, Wes.Etc) and now Mbao, how about a winning lottery number?

mu_hilltopper

That may be the case later, but I'll say Mbao leads the team in fouls/minute played this year.

Big Papi

Mbao is very raw.  Was pushed around way too easily by MSOE but has the most potential of any big men since maybe Jimmy Mac.  We might not see the fruits of his labor until maybe his junior year.

Freeport Warrior

I don't see it. Reminds me of a taller Ousmane Barro. NBA seems like a stretch from what I saw today (even with solid growth). Seemed very clumsy, tripping all over the place. Then again, Thabeet was pretty raw too, although much more filled out. If you are right, we will be in for one helluva ride these next 3/4 years.

lab_warrior

I think he has a ton of potential, just like EWill.  But like EWill, it's going to take at least this season, and maybe into next season, to start to see that potential.  Just look at OTule today, he looked 100x better than last year.  It will be nice to finally have some size AND skill for once out on the floor for the next few years.
