Tom Crean...mocked by other coaches as Tom Naismith...has always reminded me of the Matt Dillon character in the movie "a Kiss before dying".

An absolute no talent that would sell his soul to the devil for success. 

PRN recently had possibly the best description of Tom Crean that i have ever read...having had numerous interactions with him I can only say PRN's description is so dead on.  PRN must have also have had been around the classless clown.  Anyway he said, "If Crean had even an whisper of a sense of humor, he might be marginably likable, although that's debatable. Instead, he chooses to create his entire personality from self-help books, despite not having a fraction of the charisma, personality or leadership qualities of the people who wrote them."
