While out with Tom Crean's tanning bed and Travis Diener's punching bag at summerfest (specifically at the Veronica's concert, later at Reel Big Fish), a historic altercation took place in which freeway spoke to us. Dressed in a mid-90s' McDonald's sponsored tie dye shirt, Freeway must have spotted my MU have and regaled us with stories of recent NBA trades of players I didn't know at the time nor do I have any recollection of now. This came to the surprise of the three of us considering the three of us were beginning to worry that freeway had disappeared since we hadn't seen him in months.

Also on the prior night (morning) I witness freeway walk in front of my car at 4am on the corner of Brady and van buren. clad in his green bay packer's winter jacket and clutching an Aldi bag, I gave him a head nod.

I, too, spotted Freeway that same night, July 5, at Summerfest.  Same tye-dyed shirt.  At the Miller area prior to the English Beat show.  I learned long ago never to utter a word to Freeway unless I am prepared to get into it for at least 15 minutes.
The shaka sign, sometimes known as "hang loose", is a gesture of friendly intent often associated with Hawaii and surf culture.

I saw him in section 424 at the Brewers game on Friday as well. I will put some pictures up in a bit.
