Every year I remind myself that Izzo is the best tournament coach in college basketball. Then I invariably pick MSU to lose relatively early anyway. Just can't bring myself to put a Big 11 team anywhere near the final 4.

Well they have burned out in the 1st or 2nd round 3 times in the last 5 years so your strategy would have worked of late except for this year.

Just think that every kid Izzo has ever recruited made it to at least one final four. That is a crazy stat when you consider how hard it is to get there.

Izzo is a great coach and MSU a great program, that's why we hired Tom Crean from MSU.  No fluke at all, all I'm saying is that as of late, they haven't been that good in the tournament.  Good to see them back on top.  Probably drives Bucky fans crazy.

I did!  I have UNC winning tonight.  Despite this, I only finish second in my pool of 50 participants if UNC wins (third if they don't) because of a myriad of ill-advised upset selections.  I had, for example, Michigan State taking out Missouri to reach the championship game.
