The voting on these weekly polls tends to be too extreme.  When we win, the voting is too optimistic and when we lose we tend to to be WAY WAY to pessimistic.  Try and temper yourself this week and let's see if we get it right.

With this in mind, I wanted to give two other options of "not rated" and "forced to the Horizon league."  I was afraid too many of the basketball geniuses on this board would think they were the most likely options.

Two weeks ago you guessed 16 to 20.  We went to 13.  Now your guessing 22, that means we go to 16.

Ya know I thought after the losses (You list last week and this week, although only this week's losses should be considered as the current ranking reflects last week's games) this week, I was thinkoing 21-25, but just as has happened in prior weeks, I've had to step back and reassess.  Look at the teams behind us and who is going to pass us?  I mean, who behind us would have won two games against top 25 teams?  Some of them couldn't even beat teams NOT in the top 25.  I say we drop to 18-20

anotherMU, I was going by the coaches' poll, which dropped us to 15. I guessed 16 to 20 based on that poll, which I thought was obvious. Plus, you had us at 10.

I can't see more than 5-6 teams passing us:  Gonzaga, Missouri, Xavier, Washington, UCLA, Butler at the most.
