The proxy at my client blocks that site but doesn't block your uncle's barber's sister's stream.  Is there any way to get it streaming on there?

Errr...I think my uncle's barber's sister has already left for the game.

Looks like this is the direct link for the channel surfing feed (justin.tv) - does that work?
