So this is my first year not being on campus.  Where's the best place to watch the games outside of on campus?  Goosby's? BW3s? I just want to make sure the place I go has the MU game on the big-screen and not the bear's game.

Every place will have the Bears' game on, as Wisconsin is probably the #2 Saints' fan state in the country right now.

That being said, your best bet is probably Goolsby's, or a sports bar like Game Time, which will have both games on.

I would actually just go to the Annex. The kids will be rowdy, they've got the projection screen along with a ton of nice new HDTVs, the beer is cheap and the food isn't awful.

In leiu of that, the Fire Keeper's bar at Potowatomi is pretty nice and has a few screens. BW3s has a lot of screens, so they'll be able to throw it up on one.

All told, though, I think the Annex would be the most fun. Go down for lunch at noon, and then stay til the end of the game (the only way you'll get a seat).

I'd give goolsby's a call.  They're likely to put the game on at least one big screen - especially if you call and ask nicely :)

Unfortunately I am a Packer fan in Chicago today.  My only hope is the Schoolyard Tavern.

head down to your nearest Best Buy or Circuit City and pretend you're interested in purchasing a TV. ;D
