He has Pitt at 8, from 16 last week.  The girls to the west are #1.

Luke Winn has the best power ratings out of anybody.  I mean he has the Badgers #1...which i hate. But honestly, who deserves it more? plus hes not scared to put butler/Wichita state up top which i like.
