The latest on line SI Today power rankings have MU at 4 in the Big East. Loserville is at 3 with their loss to UConn. UConn is 1 and Pitt is 2. Right now you can't argue with the top 2 but once again, Pitino's overrated rep gets them high. It seems that many in College Basketball have a big slobbering love affair with Rick the prima donna.

SI Today's RPI rankings have the Warrior's at 13.

except that until last night, UL was dominating everyone they played.

and their RPI was, 10 and their SOS was 15.

meanwhile our RPI was 13 and our SOS was 78

I have more of a problem with Pitt being ahead of us than Louisville.   Pitt doesn't have a good win over MU, and MU beat Nova who beat Pitt.  Where L'ville has beaten Pitt, Nova, and Syracuse

We are much more likely to beat Pitt than Uconn or Louisville. Pitt uses physcial play to intimidate their opponents. This will not have much effect on MU, because they hav so much experience and have a good history against Pitt.
