Got a letter that they will reseat the BC this summer.  I have 78 points and am in fourth row upstairs.  Anyone know if this is enough to move to the lower bowl?

Way more than enough. I am in the lower bowl, although up in the corner, with 20-some points.

Sounds like you are up there by choice. That is a pretty solid total. Do you have a full season? If yes, there is no reason you should not get lowers.
