Tennessee Vols get good report from X-rays of J.P. Prince's ankle
Sunday, December 14, 2008
Wes Rucker

KNOXVILLE — Sunday X-rays of J.P. Prince's left ankle were negative, but the University of Tennessee men's basketball player probably won't play Tuesday night against Marquette.

Prince, a 6-foot-7 junior wing, missed No. 8 UT's upset loss at Temple on Saturday after injuring the ankle in Friday's walk-through practice.

Volunteers coach Bruce Pearl said Prince, the reigning Southeastern Conference sixth man of the year, was "probably doubtful" for the neutral-site game in Nashville against No. 24 Marquette.

bully for us.   hope the kid gets better.

too bad. I'd like to see us play them full strength...but then again we're missing some size too due to injury. Evens the depth a bit IMO.
