Kyle Weaver?  As I recall, he committed to MU after his frosh year in HS.  He's doing great out at Washington State:

I don't seem to recall why he didnt end up at MU...any help out there?

I don't think Weaver was ever even involved with MU.  WSU was the only school with a "big" name to even get involved with him.  Otherwise it was all mid-majors: Akron, Ball State, Western Illinois, UWM, and Eastern Illinois.

You may be thinking of his old teammate Anthony Green, who also went to Beloit Memorial and committed to MU after his sophomore year in high school.  Green ended up not having the grades or test scores to get into college and is currently playing at Williston State Community College in North Dakota.
