What is MOST frustrating!

Just a small mini-rant here, then I am done.  I think what frustrates me the most is that, in 4 years, these guys have not improved on ANY of the obvious weaknesses in their games.  McNeal still commits idiotic turnovers, and hoists up very bad shots.  DJ cannot shoot, and certainly is a liability at the FT line.  Wes completely shrinks and hides in big games.  Burke has not developed ONE! post move or improved his post D.  And Hayward cannot stop fouling people.  You'd think that these guys would be actively trying to improve on aspects of their games that they're not good at, but I just don't see it. 
It's like, we're the same team we've been, but that's part of the problem...we have the same issues year after year.
Also, can we PLEASE BURN those light blue uniforms?  Have we won any games wearing those things?

James has actually regressed from his freshman year. Flat shot, bad free throws, can't even make a floater in the lane. The only way he goes to the NBA is if he buys a ticket.

Wes had 28 points last night. I wouldn't call that "shrinking and hiding"

Wes is shrinking and hiding?  He's been our best player this year and has shown up each game.

Don't overreact or anything.  Wes has been on fire, I don't think it's necessary or useful to tear him down.  It's one bad loss.  Don't kick your team while they're down.
