Does he have a brace on the leg that had the cramp or is it just those leggings??

MUteamball98

I believe it is one of the "leggings" to keep the muscle's warm, but i didn't get a great look

He cramped up on the bare leg.  He wore one of those "sleeves" on the other leg. Wes had one on one of his legs, too.
