i just moved to the st. louis area a few months ago and was wondering if there was somewhere that people went to watch the games.  i'm not sure if i can make it out to watch tonite's game but wanted to see if there was somewhere people went just in case.

The St. Louis Sports Zone in Shrewsbury has pretty much every sports game that is televised available and with 60+ TVs, they will usually have the game on.  If they don't you can always ask the bartender or one of the waitresses to see if they can turn it on a TV within your viewing area, and they usually will.

I've been there for Saturday afternoon games (three years ago when there weren't a lot of nationally televised games) and several times there was another group of MU people there to watch the games.  I also went there last year to watch the Stanford game and there were plenty of MU people there.

Also, if you have the local Charter Digital Cable, they will sometimes carry the game on one of their local channels if it is an ESPN+ game.  You should check the TV listings online to see if they are carrying it.

I know there are usually viewing parties. I've been in StL for about a year going to law school at SLU, but would love to watch the Warriors crush the Badgers with some fellow gold-shirts.

You guys should contact the Marquette Club of St. Louis.  I know they usually organize some Marquette Viewing parties, especially for National Marquette day.  I don't have their information, but I think you can get their contact information from the Alumni website.
