My freshman year (2004-05) was the last year that it was actually held at Midnight.  I really liked it at midnight but I understand that a lot more fans can go when it is at a more reasonable hour of 7:00 P.M.

It was pretty fun getting to the AL at midnight.  We did have one casualty though: Robmufan.

Any of y'all make to the one where George Foreman was the "surprise" guest?  Must have been 2000 or 2001, back when they had it at the US Cellular Arena.

Thanks for the info!  George Foremen was awesome I actually brought my Dad with me to that one.  I think that was the only Midnight Madness he actually made it to that was actually at midnight.  I had to buy one of the George Foremen table top grills after that, we actually still use it a few times a year just for fun.
