Another Indy star

Another standout player from Indianapolis - North Central junior guard Terone Johnson - is drawing attention from local schools.

The 6-2 Johnson has scholarship offers from Butler and Cincinnati and has Indiana, Louisville, Kentucky, Purdue and Marquette on his list of schools.

Though Johnson admitted he didn't know much about U of L, he said he plans to visit soon with his mother.

"I have talked to their coaches, and I really like them a lot," he said.

Johnson plays on an AAU team with UK commitment Dominique Ferguson of Lawrence North. Ferguson said he's "trying to tell him all about Kentucky."
