They're beating Cal by 30 right now!  Good day for the Big East so far and the former C-USA teams, with 2 wins over the ACC (assuming Louisville doesn't blow their 20 pt lead in the second half), and one over the Pac-10.  Granted, the teams they beat weren't the biggest names, but our conference needs more wins over the other big 6 conferences.  We've lost a few too many non-conference games so far, IMO.  We're ranked 7th as a conference in the Sagarins today.

DePaul came into the season with high expectations.  They are finally living up to them after a very slow start.

Wainwright was interviewed on Fox Sports after the game, said that because they are on the quarter system the first few games were in the middle of final exams for them.  Since then they have been able to practice accordingly and are playing very well.

They are good, and a potential tournament team when you consider three outstanding wins right now over Kansas, Cal. and Wake Forest.

Kansas, yes indeed, very high quality win. Cal? eh, they're a middle pack team in an unusually competetive PAC10. Wake forest, don't think so; keep in mind they finished dead last (if i'm not mistaken) in the ACC last year. assuming chris paul isn't coming back to campus that's not a quality win, i'm a firm believer that wake's glory years were flukes, highlighted by the presence of tim duncan and chris paul. depaul is up from recent years, but the big east schedule will show how legit DPU (and MU) really is

No.  His final two were DePaul and Ohio State.  He was heavily recruited by Michigan State and Purdue among major schools.  Then it was places like Xavier, Ball State, Dayton etc.  MU may have been involved very early, but thats it.
