G-Bar- your criticism is premature.  He's been the coach for what, 6 weeks now?  Davis doesn't even have a staff at PC yet.  I guess they should be calling for his head.  Patience.

ATWiz - you dont seem to understand that we should have had four 4 star recruits in that time. I can tell from his in-game coaching techniques that he cannot coach either - the guy was totally clueless last year.  Everyone knows that UNO was an easy job and a 14-17 record shows that he is an under-achiever.  (this is sarcasm)

You heard it here first. Davante Gardner will be a Beast this year.

mviale -  UNO after hurricane Katrina was no piece of cake.  The city is still down 1/3 of it's population, infrastructure is no where near what it was and the admin at UNO apparently may not lived up to it's end of the bargain.

Having visited regularly (my daughter attend college in NO at a nice Jesuit school) I can assure you that even when functioning at 100 % it is a challenging environment.  After Katrina, well, let's just say that it was a dangerous place to be.

On the recruiting, anytime you lose a coach you lose some players.  So we lost the kid from Alabama and TT.  I am confident that if we give the guy a chance he will be fine.  But first, we have to give the guy a chance.
