Crean loved his "guys" (read: three amigos) so much, he didn't really help to develop the other players. Hazel has the dimensions of being a nice forward in the league.

In the limited minutes Hazel got, he performed quite well.  Granted, they were garbage minutes, but I think he had at least a couple rebounds and a block each time he came in.
