Buzz's Staff Will Be Key

I don't have the slightest clue who is going to be on Buzz's staff, but it will be absolutely key to get a good X and O's guy on the staff. I'll be honest, I have no idea what Buzz's offensive/defensive philosophy are. I tried researching the '07 Privateers squad, and came away with virtually no decent info.

I also think it's key Buzz get someone with inroads specifically in the midwest, and bring in a big man to coach big men.

If he's as good a recruiter as everyone makes him out to be, I would assume his number one strength is networking and making contacts. That will never be more important than in the next week as he puts together a staff and makes recruiting visits.
