if it is Gregory or Buzz, a call to Crean is necessary

I know that doesn't sit well with some of you, but it's adult conversation time at that point.  Bill or Steve has to call Tom and ask which one is more ready to lead this team.  Crean knows both of them very well.  I wouldn't make his decision be the final by any means, but I would solicit his response on this, despite his actions this week.

I'm not saying he should make the decision.  I'm saying ask him his opinion.  Use his information as part of the review process.  I really don't think TC wants to screw MU any further.  He has good information in his head.  Let's use it.
