My work productivity has taken a serious hit since the Crean departure rumors hit the street.  From the activity on the board...it doesn't look like I am alone

I was telling The General yesterday that I'm glad I am not devoted to many teams ... this kind of volatility with more than a couple sports franchises would drive someone crazy.

And I'm only even refreshing this site, not paying attn to the others.

Between this on my laptop and the Cubs on tv, I've spent 1:45 so far on work that should have taken me an hour, and I'm not done yet.

I am looking and contributing to the board because I have put alot of time into Marquette Basketball and am concerned that we come out of this better than we think we will.

As for checking to see what names people are throwing out there... i try not to even look at who people are naming, because no one here has anything to do with this process. We might as well be speculating what the next new color M&Ms will come out with.

Unless you are Cottingham, his secretary, or anyone else that is inside the selection process, I really could care less about who think we should get.

on the other hand... my productivity has bottomed out. Between this whole mess and MLBLive, I have my hands full.

I've actually taken things a bit further.  Since the news hit on Tuesday, I have instructed my team to cease all communications with our Indiana-based customers.
