Crean to be on ESPN 1000 in Chicago

Crean will be on ESPN 1000 in Chicago this morning on the Waddle & Silvy show, follow the link below to send in your questions for Tom.  I think what is not being reported by the media is what happened with his departure from MU.  I'd love to hear Tom address when IU received permission to talk to him from MU and hear his reaction to DJ's and his teammates comments.

As much as I would like to believe that North or Waddle & Silvy would let some Marquette fans ask questions, I can't see it happening. It'll be a love fest I'm sure on both shows. They're not going to let some MU fans on to ask some tough questions. As much as I would like to see it happen, I wouldn't get too riled up.

crean called the espn 1000 show and said he couldnt talk to them since he was meeting with the president of IU.  its too bad cuz i sent in a question pretending to be an IU fan.

1000 just said Crean "has a meeting with the President" and won't be able to be on. However, they did say they have received e-mails from MU fans - some of them blasting the way Crean left, that they plan to talk about. Perhaps that is the reason for the suddenly scheduled meeting with the President.

I sent a question to Waddle and Silvy asking them to have Tommy shed some light on his sudden departure from MU and specifically, when did IU ask MU for permission.  Also wanted them to ask for his reaction to the players coming off as pissed at him.  That said, again... we're very thankful for what he did for us and we don't blame him for jumping to a great IU program but his departure was not graceful.

To get off subject a bit, I hate this show. It might as well be called 3 hours of Waddle...with a guest appearance by Silvy to sniff his jock.
