What are the possibilities of hiring Travis Ford from UMass???  He played under Richie Pitino and after watching the NIT Championship game looks like he could be an intriging pick-up.......Has connections back from the east coast......could recruit bigs

Personally, I'm not a fan, and think we could do better...but that may be my own bias. He's done a solid job at UMass. His name has popped up for the Providence job in recent days.

I know nothing about Ford, nor have I seen UMass play until tonight, but I do like the way they play.

He is honestly my first choice.  Teams have bad losses and the fact that UMASS lost to IUPUI doesn't make him a bad choice.

All have him going to LSU, where the President is the former President of UMASS who had a say in hiring him. Fran F. said on the air that UMASS will also counter-offer to keep him there.

If you like getting blown out by IUPUI...then that will be us.

They beat Syracuse this year....twice....both times at Syracuse.

Ford is likely going to LSU guys, scratch him off your radar.
