Buzz's role on TC's staff

Does anyone know what Buzz's role was on TC's staff? Was he strictly a recruiter or was he involved with the big guys, defense, offense, whatever. Also, assuming Buzz is our new coach, what type of team should we expect? Is he in the TC mold as far as guard dominated, or can we expect something new.
