Allright. 

I've yelled at the wife, kicked the dog, gorged on McDonalds and am currently inhaling chocoloate chip cookies.  Called in sick, posted, and now can only feel that the best poosible strategy is to embrace the program as currently constititued, make sure the players and recruits know that they are wanted, needed, respected, and that they have the MU family here for them. 

Assess the damage and proceed to make the best possible hire to build on our 9 years of success. 

We are not chopped liver and should have thte attention of several hjighly qualified candidates.  Crean who?
