I apologize if this has already been mentioned, but after a nights worth of reflection I've decided that it wasn't the poor free throw shooting, or questionable fouling, or failure to close out a game.  It was the damn baby blue "give away" caps that did us in.  Can we please ban baby blue forever?

Agreed.  Had those caps been gold, we would have won it in regulation.

I gotta say, I'll never wear that blue cap.  I think it would look OK on a girl, but it's way too effeminate for a male to wear it outside the BC.

The infatuation with powder blue has got to end.

bring your baby blue hats and jerseys to the Union where there will be a U-Haul waiting to be filled and driven to Chapel Hill where the Tarheels can make good use of the color scheme. They seem to do just fine in this shade of blue.

Have a bonfire and send the blue unis and caps to a fiery death.  I doubt we'll see  baby blues next year.
