Marquette came into the game 11th in 3 percentage and Seton Hall the 10th in 3% shooting. Feel we should have made Seton Hall shoot more 3s. Instead Seton Hall outscored Marquette 42-26 in the paint. But after watching a few of Shaka's practices that is how he coaches.

I get people are obsessed with stats, but I wasn't all that impressed with The Hall's defense.  Don't you have to take into account who they've played?  When MU moved the basketball, we essentially got quality looks at will.

Not game related, but what is Sean Jones status? I've lost track of his injuries ... what's wrong now? Is he supposed to come back at some point this season?

Man you guys are harsh.  Peacock has been fine (though I usually watch without sound).  ESPN+ was awful.

With Seton Hall 30.5% the worst shooting 3 point team in the Big East behind even Marquette 31.4% after the game.
It might of made sense to play more zone. Since Seton Hall dominated Marquette in the paint like 46-22 points and only made 4-13 from 3.

Marquette would have the Trifecta
Worst 3% Worst 2% and Worst FT% Shooting in the Big East Conference. But passed Seton Hall in 3% after the game. This is an area it would help Marquette to improve on and Marquette will.
